Draper and Myers is the best! I say this because you the great he and his staff provided me and my father when it came to viewing and cremation of my mother. I was planning not to go to the viewing of my mom because I felt that couldn't handle it. Mr Draper said " I think that it will do you good and I will have her so beautiful that you will be pleased." I can say I was very pleased. My mother was so beautiful that she had a smile on her face..lol . I truly thank him and his staff for helping me and there professionalism and for having a heart and love of a family to us! I will recommend everyone in their time of need to go to Draper and Myers.

Where do I start? We all know that losing a family member can be very tough and exhausting. There's so many things to do in such a small window of time. Experiencing this now, up close and personal, I do declare that Mr. Draper Myers and staff were purposely assigned to me and my family by God. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to Draper and his staff for making this process to lay our dear mother to rest. The entire staff was generous and showed a great amount of compassion from day one! Even the day after the service, Draper continued to express his condolences by stopping by the home and making sure our family needed anything and to just simply check on the family. Even though this was a very sad time for our family, im most certain that our mom is resting beautifully and very well. Thank you all again for making this mostly difficult time a smooth transition. Based on my experience with the Myer’s family was nothing, but outstanding professionalism. The dedication of service, and dignity were excellent. My family, and I are from Baltimore, MD , and we’ve never seen this type of speechless service at any funeral homes in Baltimore. I highly commend this funeral home to any family.

From first Contact to Mr. Myers, as I called on December 26th the day my Husband Augusto age 58 passed, throughout the process for the arrangement with Pastor, I felt as if Pastor and Mr. Meyers were personal friends. Their kindness, empathy and care carried me through an almost impossible task honoring my Husbands wishes. The fact that it was the day after Christmas and we were not native to Florence or SC, for that matter, this had no bearing on the timely and professional handling of my request with continuous communication.

Preparing for our Mother's homegoing ceremony was a very intense draining process for my entire family not just me! All kinds of thoughts and emotions flowing all at once, seems so unreal! So many suggestions and ideas all at once, very overwhelming!

We truly thank God for placing a heartfelt mortuary right here in Florence, SC. One that has family morals which contributes and reflects through their services offered to us for our loved one. One that was able to offer comfort and relief from worry, concern, and the finalizing of the ceremony. Even counseling if needed upon request. I know that losing a loved one is tough on a family but after we lost my son and six months later lost my mother, we entrusted Draper Myers funeral mortuary with my son and mother and they did an outstanding job. They both looked like themselves and they looked as though they were just sleeping. I highly recommend Draper’s mortuary in your time of grief to help ease the emotional stress of losing a loved one.
